It's not a C-4. E4OD and it's inherent slipping in 2nd/3rd.
Put a shift kit (the electronic ones won't work with '93's, I called B&M) in and it'll shift a lot better.
F-L-M trannies have this tendency to soft shifts. Burns clutches and bands like crazy. Never had that problem on GM's, Chryslers, or Older Datsuns that used Borg Warner Auto's. Improve the shift qualities (take out the granny feel) and your tranny will last longer.
UNLESS you abuse the heck outta it.
