bell housing

i found a c-6 transmission real cheap and i am not sure it will bolt up to a 302. it came off a 390. if not can i change the bell housing?

sorry to say it but no it won't work theblocks are different and you cannot change the bell housing on an automatic sorry guy
I am in the same position I am looking for a C-6 for my small block and all the junkyards around me have them for the big blocks
