Is there a "quick and easy" way to repair door dings? I just purchased an 05 regular cab stx, black, and have a couple of dings at the rear of the second door I would like to get rid of. Haven't done much bodywork before, looking for something simple I could do myself, maybe an epoxy putty?
Thanks,
PR
If the paint isnt damaged, look for a paintless dent repair guy. They can fix stuff like that for less than it would cost to fill in the dents and repaint everything. If not the important thing to remember is black paint will show any imperfection in body work. That being said, since you havent done much body work, I would find a shop to do it for you.
i second that paintless repair. I used dent doctor and they came to my work (so convenient) and fixed like 5 dings in just about an hour. Not too bad $-wise either.
