I own a 2002 Ford F-150 4x4 with the 5.4 liter engine. Recently the CEL came on and I checked it with a code reader. I was able to find out what the codes meant, but could some of you master techs explain it to this ol' shade tree? What is causing these codes to show up and what can I do to correct it? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

P0152 = o2 circut high voltage bank two sensor one
P0401 = EGR malfunction
P1131 = Lack Of HO2S21 Switches - bank one sensor one indicates lean
P1151 = Lack Of HO2S21 Switches - bank two sensor one indicates lean
P1152 = Lack Of HO2S21 Switches - bank 2 sensor 1 Indicates rich

I'm not a tech but I'd be checking the wires to the O2 sensors and also looking for vacuum leaks. Will your scan tool show PID's? How many miles on your truck? Have any of the O2 sensors been replaced ? Any modifications to the truck? Are the codes in the order that the scan tool showed them in?

Sorry about all the P0135's I was doing a cut and paste from canobd2.com but they never showed and when I tried to edit all I saw on the edit screen was jiberish so said the heck with it.
