Turbo bolt pattern?

Yep that's a standard T3 flange, and there are adapters on ebay to bolt a T4 flange to a T3 flange (or the other way around), but you'd probably have to remove the studs to do that.
FYI the turbo on factory turbo trucks and original wastegated ATS kits is a T3/T04B hybrid, with an H-trim compressor and Stage III T3 turbine wheel. .70 AR compressor housing and .82 turbine housing.

Well, I'm curious to see because the PSD turbo's turbine wheel is about the same size as the one on the non-wastegated turbos I've seen in some of the kits (hypermax and whatnot). i.e., very large.
