Assuming you do have it full of disk.... and the disks are in the right format.
Unload all disk and reload them. that fixed mine. I had this problems after disconnecting the battery several times to do other work.
If not, check your charging system. Without the right output voltage you can get all kinds of problems from the electronics.

I had that problem in my X and i wound up taking it out and taking the face plate off to find it was the plastic feeder like piece that looks like it lifts or pulls the cd's in and out that was stuck. Popped it back into place and that fixed it.
