If that is the first year of the body change it is an extensive swap. I was looking into doing the expedition swap, from what I remember you need the fenders and hood as well as the grille. IIRC the Navi and Expys had the updated body at least a year before the F150's, if it is the original body style then it should be more or less a direct bolt in.
