I have been keeping an eye on this thread also. Maybe I have the same problem. I have a vibration from stop and accelerating up to around 25mph and then it stops completely. No vibration at all from there on, but always from stop to 25. I have a 77 F250 4x4, C6, NP 205. All new U joints.

I will be sure to let ya know what they find..........I will be taking it to a so called "driveline specialist" tomorrow and see what the deal is.
No more mister nice guy, I won't hand over any cash until this thing goes away. At this point I don't care what it costs.
good luck fellars. my driveline vibration was the rear drive saddle bearing/support bearing. Vibrated ungodly between 35 and 45mph. Cant stand having a 2pc driveshaft eventually gonna change over to a 1pc.
Its been a few months and I have been a buzy boy with business etc.......
The vibration is completely gone and she's smooooooth. I took the rear drive shaft off and scraped the whole assembly. I then got a machinist to build me a totally new one with out the CV-joint. My truck is completely stock so, the CV-joint was either pooched (even though it was re-built) or was the wrong type for this truck?
I hope my info. will help those with this condition as well. It has been frustrating to say the least and, those who persevered and never gave up are just as relieved to never see my mug again. I will be delivering a couple 40 ounce's.
