WTB - Trim pieces
Anyone know where I can buy the aluminum side trim pieces for a 1964 F-100 custom cab ? I can find them for 65-66, but nothing earlier.

To the best of my knowledge NO ONE is repoping the "chrome" trim for the 64 and earlier slicks. Sometimes you can luck up and find a set or partial set on e-bay. You'll pay top dollar. It took me two years to find the cowl pieces for "little red". The 65-66 trim is available, but is EXPENSIVE ($300-400 for a set).

Believe the the 64 moulding is different than the moulding on the 65-66, if so, have not seen a Ford parts supplier who carries them.

1963/64 are the same, but are not the same as 1965/66.
These mouldings are as straight as an arrow, the center section is painted red.
As stated, NO ONE is reproducing these mouldings. No Ford Dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.
FTE members gangstakr and camperspecial65 may have a few used mouldings.

Addendum: With one 64 and three 63's I grab every piece of "chrome" trim I can get my hands on. I even bought a "parts" truck primarily to get the "chrome" trim and the "custom cab" interior trim pieces.

I have one full 64 short bed set with a few extra pieces. It needs to be restored and repainted.

That's about the best you can ask for. I really doubted anyone having a set for sell.
