I noticed that when I go to "Forum Tools", "Mark This Forum Read", the cursor jumps to the bottom of the page instead.

Sometimes I feel like that, I try to get on in the morning, But I end up staying on alot longer, it depend's on who is on and talking!!

You take sleeping pills? Not good you get used to them and can't sleep. Go a few rounds of sexercise and you'll fall a sleep real easy, maybe even wake up late.
