A real nice loop drive, is to take hwy 9 out of Hurricane over through Zion, north on hwy 89 to Long Valley, then west on hwy 14 through Cedar Breaks NP. Hwy 14 is steep, windy, and beautiful, then drops down to Cedar City and back down I-15 to complete the loop.
