Dual steering stabilizer bracket hitting toe bar

After i installed my leveling/lift, shock's, and had my tires and alignment done i was informed by the alignment tech of a couple of items i should be aware of.

One, the center bracket of my dual steering stabilizer (the bracket that mounts to the carrier) was rubbing against my toe bar.

I loosened the carrier bracket hardware and installed a couple of washers behind the bracket (between the bracket and the carrier) on the lower carrier bolt. This put the bracket back about were it was. My concern here is why i had to do this. It seems as the front of the axle may have rotated downward (or carrier pinion vertical). This is all i can think of.

The second item was the brake line hose (both sides) from the spring seat bracket to the caliper is pretty tight.

The alignment shop installed camber/caster shims as well but i can't quite explain how this would effect either of these.

Has anybody experienced similar problems with these two items?

Also they balanced (or so i assume) the tires with 50psi in each except one that had 60 psi. I brought them all to 65psi but think they should be around 70psi. How much will air pressure effect the balance? I don't think it should but honor your opinions.

This was a 2.5" front leveling and rear 350 blocks with Bilsteins 5100's, track bar drop bracket and Nitto Terra Grappler's 285/75/17 E's
