Thanks again Lostinfords. It is a really nice shell. previous owner bought truck & shell new in 78 and had always been garaged. It had never been off the truck and all the rubber seals on bottom were still intact. The only thing wrong is the lift support on one side broke which should be easy to either fix or replace.

Around here it was common to two tone those shells at the dealer. I have 2 of them, both were painted to match the original 2 tone xlt's they were ordered with. I havent decided if I will use one on my 74 yet, kinda depends on if I chop 2 inches or not.
Brakeman, you were close to getting the urls right with imageshack!! on the gallery links you posted, above the first image there is a button that says "get direct URLs" those are the pic url's that u put in the "add image" button. O well, it looks like you got it working anyway, besides nice cap!!

Chop the shell also, fiberglass isn't that hard. Use a glass cutter on the windows and trim the rubber. I know I know there is more to it than that, but how cool would that look!
