Need some decal imput....Ed
I don't know about the rest of you out there, but I am proud to drive an American made truck from an American owned manufacture. One that has not asked for Goverment Dollars that in truth came in part from my wallet.
Then to top things off, as I drive down the road I see all of these decals....you know the one. Where the little boy is relieving himself on the Ford Oval. I would like to come up with a decal that gets a point across. Something not as crass as the little boy decal.
So far the only thought that has come to mind is along the lines of:
The Economy got Rough.....Yet Ford hangs Tough!!!
RIP: GM and Dodge
Or maybe followed by putting the GM and Dodge inside a small circle with the death slash.
How about some ideas from the creative minds out there?
Then to top things off, as I drive down the road I see all of these decals....you know the one. Where the little boy is relieving himself on the Ford Oval. I would like to come up with a decal that gets a point across. Something not as crass as the little boy decal.

those are both pretty good. i'll be in my office today for a while. i'll mess around,and see what i come up with. i actually just made a decal for a co-worker it had "ford" in the oval and on the outside of the oval on top it said "eats chevys" and on the bottom of the oval it said "s**ts dodges". i can't take credit for the layout. he bought it on line and it was falling apart on him so i duplicated it and jazzed it up with three colors.(the original was all white") lets keep the ideas coming.

Jon has a good idea. I've always been offended when I saw the Calvin (from Calvin and Hobbes) stickers, but then, there is one of him peeing on a Chevy bowtie too

As for me I dont dislike any other brands in particular. I would rather support ford than diss the others really. Though I am often tempted to do otherwise when I see the peeing on ford stickers lol!

As for the Calvin going pee on the Ford....doesn't matter to me if he is going on a Ford, Chevy, or Dodge. I think it is a little on the crude side being displayed where all ages see it. Maybe I am too old fashion, but I would rather my GrandKids grow up asking "Why is the sky blue, rather than Why is that little boy peeing on the window"

What do you guys think about a flag pole with a red, white and blue Ford Oval flying... underneath could say "Born and Bred in the USA"
or Blue Oval flying at top of flag pole with "Born and Bred in USA" in red, white and blue?

Another one would be the two tombstones that I suggested earlier with the words "Ford Trucks" above it and below it "Born in 1925 and still the Best"

i happen to have a calvin sticker on my truck. it's him peeing but the stream is going back into his face and below it says "sometimes things dont go your way". also, i always hear people saying "Fix Or Repair Daily" or "Found On Road Dead", i have always tried to think of one for chevy but i have yet to come up with one. ive also tossed around this idea for a sticker (im really good friends with a decal designer so i get a lot for free and have a lot on my truck) this may b a little crude but it is funny... "the only way i'd drive a CHEVY is if you gave me a HUMMER" joke could go either way tho
