Clicking noise?

Clicking noise?
I have a problem. When i take off in my truck about half way between first and second gear it starts something starts clicking. I dont know where it comes from but it is really driving me crazy, so if any of yall might know what it is then please give me some advice on how to fix it. Thanx.

Some questions for you:
Its a click and not a buzz?
Is the clicking rpm related? (click increases with engine speed)
Is it speed related? (click increases with vehicle speed)
Does the click rate change with a gear shift?
Front of vehicle? Rear of vehicle?
U-joints?
