Horn not working.....

Horn not working.....
Located the horns, found it disconnected. Well before connecting it, I ran jumper wire from the horn to the positive side of the battery. Got tone. Hooked up the wire from the wiring harness. Pressed the horn on steering wheel, no tone. My steering wheel has "wobble" left/right up/down. Made sure all electrical connection are snug. I found the horn relay in the power distribution block. Not sure if that is bad. Where do I go from here?

Horn not working...use finger. Actually I agree check the fuse, also check the wires. I couldn't get some of my wiring to work and it turned out that the previous owner had put a fuse mid-wire that was also blown.

"does your cruise control work?" Aftermarket cruise control. And, that dosen't work.
"does your airbag light flash?" No air bags.
I looked for blown fuses could not find any. Will recheck and post my findings.
