Yes they are...and not too hard if you have the tools. They are pretty cheap...I think about $25 depending on where you get them from. Get Urethane though... A little stiffer and will last longer. ALso dont forget to grease the inside of them a little to keep the squeaking away. Otherwise you will be complaining about the squeaking later.
I checked a local shop near home and they will change them for $80 including the parts.
Buy my bushings from this website: http://www.EnergySuspensionPARTS.com.and got them dilivered in about 3 days. I used a "vise" that I got from Homedepot for about $15. I place the Track bar eye between (to removed old bushings) two different size sockets. One sockets was big enough for the old bushing to fit in, and the other sockets was just used to push from the other side. This job took me just under two hours to complete. I hope this help
