Death wobble?

Hey guys, I have a 1990 F350 4x4, 460, HP dana 60, sterling 10.25.

Ok for over the last month and a half I have been driving my now higher lifted truck. 10" on 35's. On saturday I was driving home and I heard this rubbing and clanking noise. Odd I know... I Was driving up the hill when I heard a LOUD "POP"!!! and lots of grinding and squealing.. and put the truck at a stop.

Upon investigation... My passenger outer wheel bearing in the front axle had appeared to explode and vacate. The rollers fell out and were churned to tiny bits.

I replaced both sides, inner and outer bearings and races, all new grease and packed as well. The truck drives smooth as glass....

Now the problem...... Every FEW miles when Im crusing at 25 or 35 mph mindin my own business... the tire will hit somthing in the road that will send the massive be'ing into an all out bull ride until a complete stop. If i feel the surging and bucking coming fast enough, I can turn the wheel and accelerate and it'll hop out and keep driving smooth.

Am I wobbling? I put a new steering stabilizer on tonight and it actually stopped the wobble. But what is my problem?

I think its the king pins... But what do you guys think?? Suggestions?

I got older tires on it the are less than 1/2 but new ones are coming, I have a new steering box and all the tie rods are good, new wheel bearings.. alignment was done not too long ago. But this problem started just on saturday when the bearings went out.

Help please! thank you kind Ford guru's Matt

Check out your trac arm bushings. The arm that goes from frame to front axle. If you got some play in it this is probably your issue. Have a buddy move truck from side to side and you sitting on ground and watching the ends for movement. IF you see any its a problem. This is the first place I would start. Also while your at it check ball joints and all the other related front end componets.

So I did some more looking and it turns out the truck is actually hopping up and down. Not death wobble as previously suspected.

I Re-checked my wheel bearings and theyre fine, I shimmed the king pin with a washer, greased it all up, tie rod ends are fine I had the lesschwab check them. Kinda running out of idea's. Anyone got any?

Im thinking maybe my castor angle was off and I couldnt really tell because that front wheel bearing was so worn out. could that be a possibility? Im gonna check it tomorow, what kinda degree should I be looking for castor wise?

O and I have a shackle reversal so I did away with the track bar.
