Towing Review
My previous tow vehicle -- 02 F350 SD 4x4 V10 373 with Banks exhaust -- did a good job towing my 27 ft travel trailer. Although I heard and read many good things about the 09 F150's ability to tow I was somewhat skeptical. Well, my doubts are over. Today I towed my trailer up to the Green Mountain state of Vermont. The truck towed excellent; the transmission knows just when to shift and the brake controller also works flawlessly. I'm looking forward to future camping trips with the 09 F150.

Glad to hear it went well. I just replaced my friction brake sway bar with a dual cam sway and will be testing it out tomorrow for 3 hours. Hope that gets rid of the cross wind sway I've been getting. The truck has done very well. All the issues have been in my tow setup.
