Rebuilding a NP435 4 Spd

Hey long time ford lover here. I have recently purchased a CJ7 and I am swapping a NP435 out of a ford pickup that I found in a junk yard into it with a conversion shaft and if somebody could help me with the rebuild. I need to know the numbers for setting the end play on the main shaft and the input shaft. Thanks for any help.

Input shaft is .007 to .017. Did not find any spec on the main shaft. Synchronizer is .05 to .07.

Thanks. Which synchro is that or is it both of them. Oh nevermind it is the 3/4 synchro as that is where the shims go. Just had to think about it for a minute.
