I can't find it searching the old threads, but didn't somebody mention kingpin kits that included a non-metallic bushing that didn't require reaming? Anybody use them that can give some feedback?

Your profile says you have a 1964 F100, is that correct?
As original: 1957/64 F100: B7C3111A .. King Pin Kit
The bushings used with this kit are steel & bronze.

Lon, regardless of the year of your truck, I would stay away from the non metalic bushings. This is an area that is subjected to a tremendous amount of stress. I used a set of plastic (teflon) bushings and would never do it again. Steve
