4.9 missing and stalls

I am trying to fix my uncles truck it is a 1993 f-150 with 4.9 efi the problem is when the engine warms up maybe 3 minutes of idiling it accelerates rough out of gear and stalls when you put in gear.the engine idles great all the time and smells like it is running rich. this is what i have done so far- replaced fuel filter 48 psi most of the time goes up to 52 when accelerated fast, replaced cap rotor wires and plugs. pulled plug wires off 1 at a time with engine running all 6 are firing. pulled vacum hose off fuel pressure regulator goes up to 55 psi. put a new map sensor on it. no check engine lights. when the truck first starts when it is cold it runs great until it gets a little temperature I have a chevy tbi motor that had a coolant temp sensor go bad and it acted similar could this affect the ford I thank you for any help

Go to fordfuelinjection.com for instructions on how to pull any trouble codes that may be stored. Read there about cleaning the IAC valve and about the Engine Coolant Temp. Sensor and how to test it. The ECT sensor may well have stored a code if faulty.
Good luck.
