I've got a real clean 94 F-150 XL with a painted grill. i want to buy a chrome one, but I'm concerned about changing the bezel pieces.
can anyone tell me if the Bezel trim is removable, and if so How?
1. remove the 2 phillips head screws holding the headlight trim bezel at the top.
2. Reach down in between battery and rad support w a 1/4 ratchet and a 10mm or 11mm( cant remember which)and remove the 2 nuts from the studs.
there are 2 studs that protrude out the back of the parking lens thru the trim bezel and thru the composite header panel. They are approx 3" to either side of the turn signal bulb.
For a 1st timer i recomend removing the battery(not nessary but alot easier)
o and hope the studs dont unscrew out of the parking lens.
3 once you remove the hardware as described above the bezle and parking lens will come out as one piece, leaving access to the other parking light bulbs
