Can I use one from an 87-93 5.0 mustang on my truck in sig without needing anything else?

The connections are at different locations on the car so you can if you also get the hard lines that connect the rails to the chassis fuel lines.

Any idea if the hard lines will run to the same place or reach the soft ones?

Yes I believe they will as the connection is just down behind the tranny belhousing. Here's a '95 mustang rail with flexable extensions attached..

And here's an earlier version with the hard extensions..

You'll notice the connection type at the end of the extension is different on these two, you'll want the version that matches your truck obviously. I think another way around this would be to rebend the truck extensions to match the mustang rail.. if you have a tubing bender.
