lookin for a place that sells quality barbwire pinstriping for a reasonable price any suggestions

Restyler's choice had some in decent sized rolls. Keystone (the drop ship program at autozone) has some ProStripe barbed wire in 20' lengths and that is pretty decent as well.

Check with any place that does window tinting. most also does stripes.

Found a place called DecalZone.com
They carry the barbwire and a few other styles includeing custom. The barbwire can be had in quanity of 150 feet for $60
