Found Broken Part can't identify

I found pieces of plastic under the intake manifold in the valley. I was able to find the pieces with a part number that I think is XL3E6P013AB but I can't find a match on any searches. The prices are small so I can't even reconstruct enough to see where it would have been.

1999 F-150, 5.4 V8

Any ideas?
