OK I'm pretty sure my injector cups are pooched but i wanna make sure. This is what I did.
When I drained all the oil out of the oil pan there was about 2 litres of coolant I left the oil drain plug.
After that I pressurized the cooling system with some compressed air about 20-30 psi I could here air leaking out of the engine somewhere. So on the top of the HPOP res there is a little pipe plug there so I took it out and can feel air comming out there .
Or it could be the o-rings in the oil cooler. They are easier and cheaper than the injector cups so unless I knew for sure it was the injector cups I'd start with them.

what id do is pull out all the injectors and put pressure in the cooling system. and see if you can find any coolant leaking around the injector sleeves. one may be cracked or came loose.
do you have the tool to remove the old sleeves? if not i can post a pic of the tool i made to remove them.

no I dont have the tool to remove the old ones.
does it matter what injectors came out of which cylinder? ie do i have to put the injector back into the same spot as i took it out ?
i really dont think it matters but I'm not sure.
actually before you pull all of them out. whats the symptom's of your truck? just coolant in the oil or is it running like ****,knocking, and blowing out smoke?
if its doing that then i would pull off the valve covers and unplug each injector one at a time. and what ever one does not make a difference in the way the truck runs is the one with the bad injector sleeve.

Well I am pretty sure I found the problem with oil in the coolant.... So I took off the oil cooler like everyone said to check and it turns out I'm pretty sure thats what it was. Looks like someone did the oil cooler seals and gaskets already but forgot to put one back in. I got a a pic of all the pieces I took out
well got that all done but now I can't get her to start, got new glow plugs, new valve cover gaskets changed the electrical connectors that plug into the, but no start all I get get if i leave it cranking over for a bit it tries to fire a bit but nothing. I can see white smoke coming out of the tail pipe so its getting fuel.
