If you do a lot of highway driving, you could see a small mpg improvement, since you do not need a fan in those situations, and the clutch fan would somewhat free-wheel and be a little less drag on the engine.
If you do a lot of short trips around town, I would not think it would be that much of an advantage, and the clutch is something that can eventually fail and need replaced.
