At the risk of sounding like a broken record, lol, I haven't had any luck loading a pic, creating a gallery, or even adding an avitar. Hmmm...what do we do???
I've had the same problem as well as several others from the 48-60 group, for the last week or so. And starting today, several threads from 1999 have came up with one poster reviving them all with some type of post. Not sure if he is even aware his name is posting them. Something to look out for as well.
I had issues with the auto upload, and to use the alternative method to load my gallery.
Right click on your user name, and open it in a new tab or window. On the right side you should find albums, click on add album and try going from there.
What's funny there, it tells me that I have not created an album, but I have had one on this site for years.
I haven't updated my gallery in a long time. I like to post pics in a thread and I use photobucket. After upload to photobucket I resize to medium or large. Then the fourth choice from the drop down under each pic is chosen to copy, then I paste it in the thread. Lot of folks hate people who post in threads, but oh well. I'm not a big fan of clicking all over the place just to see a pic. The photo gallery takes forever to look at each photo, when all of them could be seen one after the other in a thread.
Lot of folks are not allowed to look at threads with pics at work.
Appears May 09, last time a photo has been posted to a member's gallery, or at least last I have been able to, which is about the same time FTE administration change the website format. Anyhow, currently using a free online photo storage provider, kinda pain in the backside if member want to use the photo for future references, or resource because once the photo is deleted from source the picture is removed from all posted links, at least with provider I currently using.
