Clutch problem, help please!

My clutch pedal was starting to feel soft and it took more throw in the pedal to get it to disengage. I had the same problem a couple of years ago, replaced the master and slave with the pre bled unit from Ford and fixed it. So thinking that I had the same problem I got another master and slave unit from Ford put her in and got her all put back together and now the pedal will only go half way down. Not far enough that I can't even start it. I took the slave out, was able to push the clutch in and get it started, so I know the master is not malfunctioning. put the slave back in and the pedal still only goes half way. Am I missing something ?

Could be Ford didn't bleed it properly? IDK man... hopefully you get it figured out.
