1994 f150 v8
I have a 2 wheel drive f150 with electronic overdrive. It was begining to slip very slightly when shifting. I took it in to have the filter and oil changed to see if this would help. The mechanic said the filter was laying in the bottom of the pan he put a new filter on and changed the oil put the pan on and I drove away. It barley made it 5 miles to home it was worse than when I took it in. I tried to take it out of overdrive thinking that would help and now the OD light in the column is flashing on and off and like I say it's shifting really bad now. Any tips or advice? Whats going on!

Jim,It don't sound good it sounds like you have
some clutchs slipping.The only fix is to rebuild or replace.
Wish I had better news! I work in a dealership and we have replaced
many E40D's
