Power Door locks - not working??

Power Door locks - not working??
I have a 1999 F150 XLT 4WD - the power door locks are not working - hit the button and it makes noise as if trying to work but neither door will lock or unlock?? Is it the actuators in the doors? Or, is it another module somewhere that I need to look at? 
Any help would be appreciated!

You need new actuators, it's common. I went with the E-bay Actuators on my 99 and they work great. 99 00 01 02 03 Ford F150 Truck Door Lock Actuator Set:eBay Motors (item 130307561766 end time May-29-09 12:16:55 PDT). When you go to change them make sure you unbolt the window channel, makes it a lot easier
