As the title says, my truck will fire right up first thing in the morning, but after it warms up it cranks a while before it fires, sometimes 2 or more tries at 3 to 5 seconds each. Oil level good, HPOP stays full, fuel filter good, new batteries, ect. The only other symptoms are a slight rolling idle, which you can see the tach drop ever so slightly, and here the sound of the idle change to a deeper sound for a half second or so, the pops back up. Any thoughts?

I have nothing to add, except that my truck does something very similar so I'm interested to see what people have to say.
Mine isn't to the extreme you describe, but where a cold start fires up immediately for me, a hot start takes it longer. But not 2 or 3 tries, just 2 or 3 cranks. I always thought it odd that it starts quicker the colder the engine.....
It isn't that bad every time, but it still takes twice as long when warm. It seems to do it the worst whenever Im out somewhere and there is a Dodge boy eye'n me.
I notice longer cranks warm as well. It doesnt fire up as quickly but it never takes more than one try...just about 5 seconds long instead of right away.
wanna try an affordable fix buy the ipr o ring kit for under $10. My truck having 263k on it is probably quite prone to at least having either a bad injector o ring or ipr in need of repair. I'm going to do mine this weekend.
