HOLY $@#!, whoa i think i peed a little. So i may every well be stroking my 460 to the 520 area. My biggest question is what tranny do you have that can stand up to that kind of torque? Sick truck man
I just run a C6, as long as you use good quality clutches, a shift kit, and a massive cooler, they last a long time. This will be the last season for this transmission, if it lasts the whole season it'll get torn down and rebuilt again, and I'll be adding a manual valve body and a trans brake.
Bigfoot still uses C6s in a couple of their race trucks, #14 up until about 2 years ago was still runing one, so when built right they can definitly handle some serious abuse.
I missed my first race, but I have my next one on the 20th so we'll see how the first one goes, then I have about 3 or 4 more after that. I plan to run in atleast 2 classes at every event they will allow it, see if we can't run down some more competition!!
