White smoke, now black smoke, what do I do?

I took my truck in the dealership because I was getting tons of white smoke. There was no lagging or stalling, just smoke. So for 1500 bucks they did some stuff with the coolant because it cracked and was getting into the intake of the turbos. Not 100% sure, but something like that. 1 day later after it seems fixed, I'm getting heavy black smoke with tons of lag. The truck barely moves off of redlights. I hit the gas and its just struggling to get up. Need some help to see if this is something the dealer did wrong with my truck or just happens to happen 1 day after I get it fixed. Thanks

The white smoke sounds like the EGR cooler failed.

Excessive black smoke could result from restricted intake or exhaust, inoperative leaking or weak turbo, intake hose(s) leaks, leaking or worn injectors, fuel return or supply restriction, stuck Exhaust Back Pressure (EBP) Regulator valve or solenoid. Also PCM inputs such as BARO MAP ICP or EBP sensors.

Sounds like they replaced an egr cooler and forgot to plug the vgt solenoid back in.
