C6 to E4od?
My new (to me) truck has a C6 and an EFI 460.
Does anyone know if I could get the computer and wiring from a 460/E4OD Combo and use that to do an E4OD swap?

C6 to E4od?
E4OD are more problamatic than a C-6...to make them live buy a late model E4OD (1995-96) that has all the factory fixes. Should be able to buy a used one for $1200-1500.
Then go to www.Baumannengineering.com and order one of their tranny controllers (around $450), that will be the best fix for the computor control of the tranny.
Lastly you'll need to have your driveline shortened to make up the differance for the longer overdrive tranny. Good luck, Deen
