Shifting into drive problem/Question
On a 1971 f250 Sport Custom...
On my truck when i shift into drive it takes the transmision a short while for it to catch.
1 & 2 do not do this.Nor does reverse.
If i rev the engine or shake the shifter it seems to help a little in regards to the amount of time it takes for the truck to ingage into drive...
i have recently change out old tranny fluild and filter/gasket in order to attempt fix thinking it was old sticky tranny fluid.
The truck did this before all that though....
Any thoughts diagrams Notes pics ect in regards would be cool...
