i am looking for a lower intake for a lightining 351

They are avalible through SVO the are nothing special just a GT-40 351 lower intake.

I'm looking for the Gen1 Lightning Upper Intake, is that the regular GT-40 as well? I don't think it is because the Gen1 Lightnings I've seen the TB mounts towards the driver side, unlike the Mustangs with a GT-40 where the TB is towards the passenger side. Or can you just flip the thing around and the holes still line up?
