Tensioner pulley

Can someone tell where I put the wrench to release the belt tensioner.
A pic would be great.
Also do I pull up with the wrench or push down to release. ??

the pulley right under the alternator, i used a 16mm and turned counter clockwise(lefty loosey right

)

didn't realize you had an 03 since you posted in the OBS forum sorry. guess the pulleys are set up different in the super duty or what? shouldnt be with the same motor right?
