Mounting small mudflaps under step bars

Any Ford dealer should have some factory type mud flaps for your vehicle. I'm talking about the quality type that have the Ford logo, and are made to fit your vehicle, NOT yours and a million other vehicles sorta like it.
Mine were easy to install, don't flap around, and look good.

I already have those mounted. I was looking to make some sort of bracket and mount a small set under the rear portion of my step bars to keep some stone chips off the lower body panel in front of the rear tires.
