yeah, he got tired of getting banned, etc. so he joined another forum. he invited me over there, but I barely have enough time for this site. I used to get on everyday, now it's about every 2nd or 3rd day. he still logs in sometimes, but I think he's not able to post anymore.
Me personly thinks that there is more going on. If it was a bad shock and you'd been driving it for over a year you should have weird tire wear (cupping) on your tire. I would still take it in and have it checked for worn front end parts and an alignment.

Your point's well taken but when you consider the fact this only occured between 35 and 40mph and my truck typically operates between 0 and 70mph that 5mph window is probably less than 5% of my total drive time.
