You might consider a set of headers from Red''s Headers ($225) or a set of Rams Horn repops from John Mummert or Speedway Motors ($350-375).

The Bird manifold clears the steering gearbox.
There are three different dual exhaust passenger car left exhaust manifolds.
One for 1955/56 (B6A-9431-A), one for 1957/59 (B7A-9431-A), the other for 1960/62 (C2AZ-9431-A).
I haven't personally tried it, but dozens of folks have posted about trying to use car manifolds without success. Guess they just didn't have the "magic" manifold.
When power brakes were installed, the power booster is a Hydro-Vac, mounted on the...you guessed it...left fender inner apron.
The steering gearbox is only a few inches away from that left specific T-Bird manifold...so...one from a Ford passenger car will not work.
The only reason the Bird manifold is different, is to clear the gearbox.
How many of the dozens of those folks that used "car" manifolds tried the T-Bird manifold?
