Nah that'll quiet it up pretty well. Besides how loud you want your truck is up to you. If you think its still to loud extend the pipes to run it out the back of the truck. The farther away the exhuast exits from the cab where you sit the quieter itll sound to you.
loud trucks are better then quiet i think

Most states require the exhaust to exit behind the driver/passenger compartment.
I used to hang thrush's right off the headers, Love that booming rumble under my feet!
Unfortunately, these days that will get you a ticket!
