Im in the market for new tires again and am plannin on gettin 305's on my truck but i want them to stick out past my wheel well. What would be the size to make the tires wider? Thanks in advance
what size rims do you have? i am not sure about the size, but a 9'' or 10'' wide rim would help. i had a set of 315/75/r16 on stock rims and they did not stick out very much at all. the stock rims are 7'' wide.

Here is mine with the 315/75s. Though I think new rims would do more for your "stick out of the wheel wells".
The width IS 315 mm for 315's and 305 mm's for 305's. That's what the number means. 305/75/16's are 305 mm's wide, and the side wall is 75% of the tread width and the 16 means 16 inches for the rims.
thanks for the replies guys....i just have the stock rims on my truck....im just waiting for a member on here to make my shackles for my leveling kit then im going to go with 305's
