well imo i think here they require you to get an permit for CC is because if you are carrying your firearm in plain site it shows you have nothing to hide and are carrying for self protection not to go rob someone, where as if you are CC you might be up to no good, but the fact that you took simple course and an 10 question test to get your ccw permit shows that you are not likely to be going to rob an liqure store
