Boost Regualtor
I've heard that the boost regulator is owner accesable. Is this true and if so where is it located and what is the procedure for changing the OEM boost limit? Secondly who is considered a reputable chip tuner?

I've heard of using boost pulleys to increase boost, maybe 1-2 lbs. As to regulator, are you referring to the actuator? Its on the intake, driver's side near the firewall. It can be adjusted, and I've heard with good results but make sure you make where the original position was.
