The oil rail is the channel that runs the lengh of the cylinder head. Each head has 4 plugs next to the valley and one plug on each end of the head. The ICP on the driver's side screws into one of the oil rail ports.

Not so much but any connector on the engine CAN develop a leak. You just need to catch it early and be prepared to fix it.

Injector control pressure. It is what fuels our trucks. Without it, the truck wil not start or run. It is a reading of the oil pressure in the high pressure oil system. This high pressure oil forces a plunger in the injectors to inject fuel into the cylinders.

There is a injector control pressure sensor or ICP. Is that where your leak is?

ok, i'm back, truck went back together great, ccv mod and foil delete complete. took me all day and 2 broken filter wrenches to do the oil change, i have never had a filter that difficult, and ive done a lot, ended up cutting it a part and using my air hammer in the oil holes up top to spin it off.
WW and foil delete sound awesome!

still leaking oil, right where i said it was, out of the fitting going into the pass head, or maybe the inner oring on the fitting, either way i need those orings and i dont have em... but it'll only take a few minutes to do... guzzle r ya open and shipping out, on saturdays, ps now you've heard of them leaking
