Lots of ways to add noise and bling, but real world performance? Not so much....
Well I did plenty to my 99 V10, just about every bolt-on short of some screws.
My personal favorites were the twin electric fans that helped reduce the drag on the motor. I swapped out the MAS for a Grantenelli (sp?) one at the same time I swapped out the throttle body with an ACCUFAB single-blade oval TB and used a Superchips Tri-max tuner. I must say it ran great, pulled hard as hell and still maintained the MPGs.
I can't say much about the newer motors but remember they come from the "modular" motor family. If it fits a V8 it probally fits the V10. Hell I was just about to swap in a Lighting water pump I just never got around to ordering the new pump.
