I bet it'll be a lot of fun in the mud right now! The front end would drag you around big time.

I have a 4.10 front axle in very good working order.

The only thing that is wrong with it is it still is in my truck.
I bought a D60 front axle I am going to put in my truck so my TTB 4.10 is gonna have to go.
If you are in no hurry you are more tham welcome to it. It will be later this summer/year when I do the swap.

so MissIndependent, what are you doing with the axle under the front of your truck once you swap it for one with 4.10's?

I'm looking for a 3.55 front axle for my truck... I'd take either a TTB or Dana 60...

Specialty tools can make a world of difference. The job can be done without them, but they make the job so much easier.

A bigger garage....I don't think so. When you do the front end you get to work outside in the dirt.

well...i could very easily be persuaded to part with it (ttb), BUT you would have to find another set of gears. i kinda exploded the diff which is why i decided to go ahead and upgrade along with new tires. it's a bit of a long story how that happened
