well i used the cheap one from ebay and have had no problems at all with it i am very happy with it, you do need to get special camber bushings though on your upper ball joint
tbird, do you have taller springs or the spring spacers? i replaced my front springs with the moog cc844 spring which is for the f250. i like how it rides, but only raised the front end 3/4 of an inch. also, what are the specs on your camber bushings. i got some that are -2 to 2 degrees
i have the spring spacers and i don't really know about the camber bushings the idiots at national tire and battery installed them
my only complaint is that with my 33in tires i am worried about my radius arm not having enough leverage to stop axle wrap which would probably break something expensive if that happened
thanks bill it means a whole lot to know that my hard work is apreciated by someone other than me LOTS of time and money in that truck, although i did throw together the motor with stuff i had sitting around the shop and my friends donated parts as well but i donate stuff to their projects so its all good and bill your truck is also nasty i would have went the other way with it but it's still awesome looking i would have dropped it and put a big motor in it since it's a single cab shortbed...but i always have motors sitting around lol i'm sure that's a problem you don't have, right now i have a 350 with 4 bolt mains that nobody wants and a 402 rat motor sitting in my shop lol
as for shocks i have procomp shocks but they arn't the right lengths in the front since i have quad shocks, i looked for about 2 months and couldn't find any shocks that were the right length and the same brand
ps bill i'm gona take a picture tonight i put 5.0 badges off a mustang on my truck instead of the f150 badges since they broke off during the painting stage

No problem Tbird, I love looking at your truck. I'd like to drive it and see what it feels like. How do those tires handle in the mud?
I thought about making my truck into a steed rod like you say but I decided to go the "rough and ready" route. Like you said I don't have big motors lying around. I thought long and hard about putting a 351 in my rig but can't afford it or justify the cost. I'm pretty happy with the Ole' Girl. She could use about a hundred more horsepower though.
Looking forward to those pictures. Do they just say "5.0" or what? You should get a "302" badge and put it on your tailgate! Let all those 350 guys know a smaller V8 is whoopin'em!
